Take what you learned in our basic class and expand your knowledge and workout regimen in our 2 time a week for 4 weeks advanced class.  Now that you know the form and technique you can ramp up the intensity and learn new ways to maximize your stamina and strength using dumb bells and free weights combined with functional training to give your body a workout that takes you to the next level.

This is the next step in our Cardio FORCE program.  Progressing from the experienced gained in our intro program, the intervals are adjusted to make you burn more and work harder.  The intervals are shortened and intensity is increased to maximize your fat burn and calorie burn in this 30 minute HIIT cardio session.
